How is KNICS different from other marketplaceS?
KNICS is unique in its dedication to the true spirit of sneaker culture. We are a community-first platform, prioritising genuine enthusiasts and interactions over anonymous and profit-driven transactions. Our fees are the lowest in the industry, and our advanced moderation process helps ensure the integrity of the items on our platform.
How do I know the items are authentiC?
We conduct a thorough moderation of the majority of items on KNICS. However, for your peace of mind, we still strongly recommend that you request additional information about the sneakers directly from the seller before making a purchase. If you are not sure of the authenticity of the item, you can also choose to have your order physically authenticated by our teams.
What if I suspect an item is fake?
If you come across an item you believe isn’t genuine, you can easily report it within the app. Our team will promptly review the reported listing, and if it’s determined to be counterfeit, we will remove it immediately. We appreciate our community’s vigilance in maintaining the platform’s integrity and ensuring a secure shopping experience for all.
What payment method do you acCept?
We prioritize providing diverse payment solutions. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards. Further more, we offer a digital wallet within the app. Not only can you store the proceeds from your sales here, but you can also use this wallet to make purchases, making transactions smoother.
How does KNICS verify buyers & sellers?
To build the safest marketplace possible, we require all users to verify their identity before transacting on KNICS. This ensures that all buyers and sellers are who they claim to be.
KNICS partners with MangoPay to conduct ID verification. MangoPay has been widely adopted by major marketplaces, such as Vinted, Rakuten, Sorare, Chrono24 and Leboncoin.
KNICS does not store any of the identity information you share during the verification process, and your data never hits KNICS servers. Identity information is used strictly to verify users.
HOW DOES KNICS PROTECT ITS USERS’ DATA?

Can I sell my streetwear clothing on KNICS?
Currently, KNICS does not support the listing of streetwear clothing items. However, it's part of our broader vision to eventually include the whole spectrum of street culture — encompassing streetwear, street art, and accessories. While these features are not available at the moment, they are integral to our ultimate goal of creating a comprehensive platform that embodies the full diversity of street culture.
COMMENT FONCTIONNE LE TIRAGE AU SORT ?
La participation au concours KNICS se fait par accumulation de crédits, qui servent à augmenter tes chances de gagner lors du tirage au sort. Voici les différentes manières d'accumuler ces crédits :
Création de compte : La création d'un compte validé sur la plateforme KNICS est récompensée par 1 crédit.
Vente de sneakers neuves : La vente d'une paire de sneakers jamais portée sur la plateforme rapporte 2 crédits.
Vente de sneakers d'occasion : La vente d'une paire de sneakers déjà portée sur la plateforme rapporte 4 crédits.
Achat de sneakers neuves : L'achat d'une paire de sneakers neuves sur la plateforme rapporte 1 crédit.
Achat de sneakers d'occasion : L'achat d'une paire de sneakers d'occasion sur la plateforme rapporte 2 crédits.
Les crédits servent comme des “tickets” pour le tirage au sort. Plus tu accumules de crédits, plus tu as de “tickets” dans le tirage, augmentant ainsi tes chances de gagner un des lots mis en jeu. Il n’y a pas de limite au nombre de crédits que tu peux accumuler. Les crédits ne sont valides que pour le tirage au sort de ce concours et ne peuvent être utilisés pour d’autres promotions.
